Dave Staley from Thornbury Self Storage initally approached Clear Web Services looking for our SEO services.
After our first meeting, it was clear that the web site was an issue when it came to the lack of enquiries so we put together a full proposal which included a new web design, CMS system and one of high SEO packages.
The client wanted a much cleaner and fresher looking site, with far more calls to action which would then lead to an increase of enquiries and a reduced bounce rate.
We worked with Thornbury Self Storage to come up with a design that we felt would be the best for both them and their customers, trying to find a way of having a dynamic and modern site but at the same time making the site clean and useable to cater for all age ranges.
Once the design was approved, we then set about developing the site onto a content mangagement system, which would allow the client the control of the website that they had been looking for.
We developed CSS forms that popped up which helped to increase enquiries and also worked with them to integrate a video to really show case the site.
We also had to re-design the old flash size guide into a new java based system to allow for the guide to work on mobile devices.
Ian’s experience, knowledge and professional approach has helped us create a increasing presents on the Internet.
His customer service is second to none, would highly recommend.
As mentioned in the “what we did” tab, we also re-developed the size guide from flash to Java to make sure that it worked on all devices and to also fix minor mistakes with some of the data.
