Project Specification : Simon came to Clear Web Services with an idea of creating one of only a few Golf Property rental and sale portals, for both individual users and agents / developers.

After meeting Simon, we then came up with a 80 page specification document, detailing every section of the site, even down to the exact pages and requirements.

Once passed over to Net9Design for development, Clear Web Services continued to project manage the site and we delivered a fully working portal, with many features including private logins, comprehensive CMS and CRM system on the back end and full payment processing systems.

Clear Web Services now work with Simon on a monthly paid basis, offering management of his PPC campaign, ongoing SEO work and helping out with adding properties and content.

Project Results : Only in its first month or two of operation, Golf Properties Direct is now achieving good early results, especially for the search terms for many golf courses across the globe.

As we continue to add properties and improve the SEO, directory linking and work with Simon on articles and press releases, the site will continue to grow in terms of volume, search traffic and natural ranking.
