Simon Cook Agencies is a well established company representing some of the best, high end collections of leading furniture brands for the UK market.
The business owners approached Clear Web Services with the aim of designing and creating their first website. It was clear from the outset that the look of the website had to be luxurious to represent the high end furniture available and the retailers purchasing it.
It was vital that the site was well planned and incorporated jQuery to give a slick and reactive user experience.
The website is also built on a content management system that allows the website owners to change the content and add new videos and images to the dynamic sliders.
The design process took a little longer than most due to the user experience being an absolute must. Once we had planned the navigation of the site and how users would view the individual elements we then started to create a static design in Photoshop.
After presenting the design to Simon Cook Agencies we then went through the process of making sure each page was correct before we started coding.
In order to give the website owners a website that they could easily manage we decided to build it on the popular WordPress system using a heavily customised admin area and purpose built theme. This then allows the owners to change dynamic elements such as the image sliders and content.
