We have project managed quite a few projects for Net 9 Design over the past few years and have written the full specification in most cases. We always sit down with the client, make sure we understand exactly what the client is looking for and then we will write a detailed specification to pass over to the developer, once it has been amended and signed off by the client.
We will then make sure the developer is working from the specification, manage the process from start to finish and communicate progress with the client or customer as we go through the project stages. We also make sure time scales are complied to and at the first sign of things running over, we speak to the client and agree the best way forward.

Bueno Investments
Bueno Investments Limited requested a website that was able to display hundreds of properties which required a smart front end system, a full cms system and a state of the art administration system for the company.
We worked with the two company directors to design the product specification, including the front end capabilities and the back end system, before handing the design over to Net 9 Design.
The system was able to deliver the capabilities to the client to allow them add property, manage property, manage the clients and control every aspect of the website via the CMS system. They also had a small crm system on the bad end as well.

Buy Products Online
Buy Products Online had the brief of being able to deliver a shopping website, which incorporated XML and CSV feed from some of the major affiliate systems, including Affiliate Window and Trade Doubler.
We worked with the client to design the product specification, including the front end capabilities and the back end system, before handing the design over to Net 9 Design.
We project managed the whole process, working through the many issues that arose with the importation of different data feeds, and delivered a fully working system, which are pleased to say is now delivering many sales every week for the client.

This investment company originally approached us asking for a system that was able to display hundreds of different types of investments, a live ticker feed and fully controlled includes, which required a smart front end system, a full cms system and a state of the art administration system for the company.

Golf Properties Direct
The client came to use wanting a website that was able to handle golf property for sale and to rent, a full user management system, email system, payment system, admin system and the ability to import and export property feeds.
After sitting down with the client, we designed the full specification in terms of front and back end systems, before handing over the specification document to the designer, Net 9 Design.
After agreeing the time scales, we then project managed the process working with Net 9 Design to make sure the project was completed, tested and delivered on time.
The system can handle multiple user payment, has a full search facility, a partial cms system and a full administration system for the client to be able to control every aspect of the website.
