The Legal Stuff………..
1 - Only one like per company / business will be entered into the draw.
2 - The draw will take place on the 10th January 2012.
3 - The winning entry will be consulted about design, either via a meeting at our office in the Forest of Dean of via telephone / Skype. Once the design has been approved, there will be no further design changes. Just to clarify, we are offering ONE DESIGN only.
4 - The website will be based on WordPress for the CMS ability.
5 - Your website will be hosted on one of our shared servers, not one of our VPS / Dedicated.
6 - Web hosting terms do apply, so contact us if you need further clarification.
7 - If the winning entry is not suitable, another draw will take place one week later. Should the winner require a website that we consider inappropriate or unsuitable, they will be given a chance to decide on something more suitable before having their entry declined.
8 – The winner will receive their website before the 31st of March as long as they adhere to all deadlines.
And finally ………… our decision is final.
